| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨软产道损伤的发生机理、诊断要点及处理原则。方法 对 1998年至今分娩总数中的 182例软产道损伤进行回顾性调查 ,探讨软产道损伤的临床特点进行分析。结果 182例患者中应用催产素比例占 2 4% ,剖宫产占 2 0 % ,其次为妊高征 ,贫血 ,剖宫产 ,巨大儿等。结论 软产道损伤临床上应高度重视明确诊断 ,分析原因 ,正确处理。

| Abstract: | Objective explore the mechanism diagnosis and treatment of birth canal injury. Methods conduct retrospective analysis on 182 cases of birth canal injury from 1998 to today and study its clinical characteristic.Results among 182 cases,24% given oxytocin,Caesarin section 20%,then hypertension in pregnancy,anemia, macrosomia,etc. Conclusionhigh attention should be paid to clear diagnosis, analysis of reasons and correct treatment. |
