| 摘 要： | 目的：研究制定乳结消片质量标准。方法：薄层色谱法鉴别供试品中黄芩苷和橙皮苷等成分；高效液相色谱法测定其黄芩苷的含量。结果：薄层斑点清晰、重现性好，含量测定准确、稳定，平均回收率为100.9%,RSD=1.06%。结论：该研究可作为制定乳结消片质量标准的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a quality standard for Rujiexiao Tablets.Methods:TLC was used to identify Baicalin and Hesporidin in the formulary. The content of Baicalin was determined by HPLC.Results:The TLC spot was clear, repeatable. The quantitative determination was accurate, stable. The average recovery was 100.9% with RSD =1.06%.Conclusion:This study may be helpful to develop the quality standard for Rujiexiao Tablets. |
