| 摘 要： | 报告5例以假性肠梗阻为首发表现的系统性红斑狼疮.5例中的2例有间质性膀胱炎表现,予以甲泼尼龙、环磷酰胺治疗后症状缓解.以假性肠梗阻为首发表现的系统性红斑狼疮临床上少见.及早使用糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂,避免不适当的外科干预是提高疗效的关键.

| Abstract: | Five cases of intestinal pseudo-obstruction (IPO) as the initial presentation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) were analyzed retrospectively. Among these 5 cases, two of them had concurrent interstitial cystitis, IPO relieved to methylpred nisolone and cyclophosphamide therapy in all patients. IPO as the initial presentation of SLE was an uncommon disease and had rarely been reported. The initiation of corticosteroids and/or immunosuppressive treatment was necessary for rising curative effect. A high level of awareness of this complication was needed to avoid unnecessary surgical intervention. |
