黄连提取方法的试验研究

摘    要:目的通过对黄连提取方法的研究,确定其最佳提取方法的因素及水平。方法比较醇提与水提,选择最佳提取溶剂,以提取次数、提取时间、浸泡时间、溶剂量为考察因素,以浸膏得率和盐酸小檗碱的含量为考察指标,用正交试验法优选黄连提取工艺。结果黄连的最佳提取工艺为分别加12、10、10倍量水,浸泡0.5h,回流提取3次,提取时间分别为1.5、1.5、1.0 h。结论通过对黄连提取工艺的优选,为工业化大生产提供了实验依据。

Abstract:Objective To ascertain the factors and levels in the best methods by the research of the extract methods of Rhizoma Coptidis.Methods The water was compared with 50% alcohol extraction,and the optimum extraction solvent was chose.The orthogonal design was used to select the optimum extraction process according to the contents of inspection,extraction time,immerse time,tile volume of solvent and the number of extraction times.Results The optimum extraction process was as follows:12,10,10 times amount of water was added,and they were refluxed and extracted for 3 times,the extraction time was 1.5,1.5 and 1 hour.Conclusion It can offer a basis on manufacture in the factory by selection of the optimum extraction process.
