摘    要:88-I型消毒剂(商品名“一消净”,简称881)是我室研制成的一种液体消毒剂,其有效成分为二氯一碘异氰尿酸,分子式C_3O_3N_3Cl_2I,分子显323.9。以3~5ppm能在5~10min内杀灭大肠杆菌8040、金黄色葡萄球菌6538、白色葡萄球菌8032、李氏大肠及E.Cclif~2噬菌体等标准株;以100~200ppm在5~10min内对枯草芽孢黑色变种9372可达99.9999~100%的杀灭效果。此消毒剂的消毒作用受外界影响因素小。现场实验证明用1:100及1:50释液对多种物品消毒都可以达到卫生要求。 此消毒剂保存稳定、无刺激性、气味小、低腐蚀性、毒性小、Ames试验、微核试验及姐妹染色体互换试验(SCE)皆阴性;铅、砷、汞、锌含量在卫生要求限量以下,故使用安全、成本低廉、不产生三废,不污染环境,使用方便,应用范围广。

Abstract:Type 88-I disinfectant (commercial name "yi xiao jing", briefly called 881) is a liquid disinfectant studied by our department.Its effective component is dichloroiodoisocyanuric acid (DCICA).The molecular formula is C3O3N3C12I and the molecular weight is 323.9.3-5 ppm of 881 could disinfect E.coli 8040, Staphylococcus aureus 6538, Staphylococcus epidermidis 8032, L.coli and E.coli f2 bacteriophage in 5-10 min.The disinfecting efficiency of 50-100 ppm of 881 for Bacillus subtilis black variant 9372 is 99..9999-100 % in 5-10 min.The influence of the outside factors on the disinfecting efficiency of this disinfectant is less.The field experiment proved that the 1:50-1:100 of dilute solution of type 88-1 disinfecting various things at several places may be within the reach of sanitary demand.This disinfectant is stable, less odorous, not irritative, low corrosive and toxic.The Ames test, Micronucleus test, SCE test are all negative.The contents of Pb, As, Hg, Zn are below the sanitary demand limit.It is safe, cheap, convenient for usage and has the wide range of utilization.
