内括约肌切断联合PPH治疗合并有肛裂的重度痔疗效分析

目的探讨内括约肌切断联合PPH治疗合并有肛裂的重度痔的临床疗效。方法回顾分析我院2005～2008年对58例合并有肛裂的重度痔患者行内括约肌切断联合PPH治疗的临床资料。结果手术时间平均25min，术后平均住院时间5d，术后出血1例；术后肛缘水肿3例；肛门部疼痛50例；术后暂时性肛门失禁4例，保守治疗治愈。随访0．5～4年，痊愈50例，好转8例。结论内括约肌切断联合PPH治疗合并有肛裂的重度痔安全有效，术后疼痛轻，并发症少，有利于扩大PPH适应证，提高患者满意度。
