皮下脂肪瘤的超声诊断

目的:探讨皮下脂肪瘤的超声表现。资料和方法:采用10-15MH_z高频探头检查了32例共48个经手术病理证实的皮下脂肪瘤。观察指标包括:部位、数目、大小、形态、边界、内部回声、后方回声及周围结构改变。结果:81.3％表现为椭圆形;83.3％边界清晰;54.2％为高回声,27.1％为低回声,14.6％为等回声;79.2％的脂肪瘤内部回声结构为密集的条状或短条状回声。结论:位于皮下脂肪层内呈椭圆形高回声或等回声性肿块,内部为密集条状或短条状回声者可提示皮下脂肪瘤的诊断。

Ultrasonographic Diagnoris of Subcutaneous Lipoma

Purpose: To study the ultrasonography of subcutaneous lipoma. Materials and Methods: High-resolution real-time ultrasonography with 10-15MHz probe was used to evaluate 48 cases confirmed by histology. The lipomas were assessed for location, number, size, shape, boundary, echotexture and homogeneity, sound through transmission and the change of surrounding tissues. Results: 81.3% of objects were oval, 83.3% well-defined in the margin, 54.2% hyperechoic, 27.1% hypoechoic and 14.6% isoechoic, 79.2% a dense arranged strip-like on the echotexture. Conclusion: The hyperechoic oval mass with strip-like echotexture located in the subcutaneous fatty tissue should suggest the diagnosis of subcutaneous lipoma.
