| 摘 要： | 目的探讨进展性脑梗死患者的危险因素。方法回顾性分析了60例进展性脑梗死患者的血压、血糖、血脂及纤维蛋白原指标,并进行统计学处理。结果进展性脑梗死患者合并高血压例数明显高于稳定性脑梗死组(P<0·01),血糖、血脂和纤维蛋白原指标也高于对照组。结论高血压、糖尿病、高血脂及高纤维蛋白原血症是进展性脑梗死患者的危险因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the risk factors for progressing stroke(PS).Methods The blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid(cholesterol,glyceryltrioleate)and fibrinogen of 60 cases of PS were analyzed retrospectively and treated with statistics.Results The results showed that cases of PS accompanied with hypertonsin than those of patients with steady stroke(P<0.01); blood glucose,blood lipid level and fibrinogen were higher than those of patients with steady stroke(P<0.01,0.05).Conclusion Hypertension,diabetes,lipid and fibrinogen are risk factors for progressing stroke. |
