分阶段目标教学法在护生临床带教中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨分阶段目标教学法在护生临床带教中的应用效果.方法 将50名护生随机分成两组,对照组25人采用传统的教学方法,实验组25人采用分阶段目标教学法.带教结束时,对两组护生的学习效果、护生对带教工作满意度进行评价.结果 实验组的理论成绩、技能考核成绩和对带教工作满意度均明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 分阶段目标教学法可明显提高护生的实习效果,提升带教质量,值得大力推广.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of teaching method with phased goals in the clinical nursing teaching. Methods 50 nursing students were randomly divided into two groups, 25 students in the control group were received traditional teaching method, 25 students in the experi- mental group were given teaching method with phased goals. At the end of teaching, learning effects of two groups and the teaching job satis- faction were compared. Results The theoretical scores, skills assessment and teaching job satisfaction in the experimental group were signifi- cantly better than that in the control group( P 〈0. 05). Conclusion Teaching method with phased goals can significantly improve the practice effect of nursing students, enhance the quality of teaching, it is worth for promoting.
