血塞通注射液联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗肝纤维化39例

目的探讨血塞通注射液联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗肝纤维化的临床疗效。方法选取我中医院78例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者随机均分为实验组和对照组,每组39例。对照组在常规护肝治疗基础上加用扶正化瘀胶囊治疗。实验组在对照组基础上加用血塞通注射液治疗。观察患者体征及肝功能指标变化情况。结果实验组患者抗肝纤维化有效率为87.18%,对照组有效率为46.15%,两组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者肝功能指标均得到改善,治疗后24周效果优于12周效果(P<0.05);实验组患者治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血塞通注射液联合扶正化瘀胶囊治疗肝纤维化效果显著,值得临床推广。

The clinical effect of liver fibrosis by xuesaitong injection combination with fuzheng huayu capsule

Objective To explore the clinical effect of liver fibrosis by xuesaitong injection combination with fuzheng huayu capsule. Methods 78 cases of patients with liver fibrosis were randomly divided into experiment group （39 cases）and control group（39 cases）. On the basis of general protect liver＇s methods, the control group were treated with fuzheng huayu capsule. On the basis of control group＇ treatment, the experiment group were treated by xuesaitong injection. The clinical sign and the index of liver were compared.Results The effective rate of anti-liver fibrosis in experiment group（87.18%） were higher than the control group（46.15%）（P＜0.01）. The index of liver were improved for the two groups, the effect in 24 weeks were better than the 12 weeks（P＜0.05）; The effect in experiment group were better than the control group （P＜0.05）Conclusion It has significant effect for liver fibrosis by xuesaitong injection combination with fuzheng huayu capsule, and it is worth for clinical use.
