| 摘 要： | 目的 建立二辛归苍通窍丸中阿魏酸的含量测定方法.方法 采用HPLC法,色谱条件为：色谱柱：Eclipse XDB-C18;流动相：甲醇-1％醋酸（30∶70）;流速：1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长：321nm.结果 阿魏酸进样量在0.04004～0.4004μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.9996）,平均回收率为98.36％,RSD=1.13％ （n=6）.结论 本方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确,可用于二辛归苍通窍丸的质量控制.

| Abstract: | Objective To set up a method to determine Ferulic acid in Erxin Guieang Tongqiao pill. Method he content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column, using methanol- 1% Acetic acid solution（30 ： 70） as mobile phase. The content was detected at a waveleng of 321 nm,the flow rate was 1.0ml · min^-1 . Results The ferulic acid had a good Linear relation in the range of 0. 04004-0. 4004μg（ r = 0. 9996） ,the average recovery was 98.36% and RSD = 1. 13% （ n = 6）.Conolusion The established method was simple, sensitive and accurate. It could be used for quality control of Erxin Guicang Tongqiao pill. |
