| 摘 要： | 目的 观察疏风宣肺汤加减治疗急性支气管炎的临床疗效.方法 将80名患者随机分为两组,每组40例,治疗组予疏风宣肺汤加减治疗,对照组予急支糖浆口服,疗程均为7天.结果 治疗组总有效率为95%明显高于对照组87.5%,具有显著性差异（P＜0.05）.结论疏风宣肺汤加减治疗急性支气管炎临床疗效确切,值得推广应用.

| Abstract: | Objective Treating observation Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction clinical efficacy of acute bronchitis. Methods The 80 patients were randomly divided into two ＂groups, each group of 40 cases. Treatment group were treated with Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction;Control group were treated with acute bronchitis syrup oral. Treatment lasted seven days. Results The total effective rate of 95 % of the treatment group was significantly higher than 87. 5%the control group,differenceis significant（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Shufeng Xuanfei Decoction treatkng acute bronchitis clinical is efficacy, should be widely applied. |
