虎耳草灌注剂的质量控制方法

摘    要:目的 建立虎耳苹灌注剂的质量控制方法.方法 色谱柱为hypersil ODS (250mm×4.0mm、5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(20∶80),流速为1.0ml/n血,检测波长275nm,柱温30℃.结果 岩白菜素的进样量在0.0202~0.202μg之间与峰面积呈良好线性关系(R=0.9998),平均回收率为102.45%,RSD=2.66%.结论 本方法灵敏、准确、重现性好,可用于虎耳草灌注剂的质量控制.

Abstract:Objective To establish a quality control method for the Saxifraga perfusion agent. Methods The analysis was performed on phe- nomenon hydro C18 column (250mm×4.0mm、5μm) , the mobile phase was MeOH-H20 (20 : 80) with a flowtrate at 1.0ml/min, and detection wavelength at 275nm under column temperature 30℃. Results There was a good linear relationship when the sample size of berge- nin was at a range of 0. 0202μg-0. 404μg(R^2 = 0. 9998), the recovery was 102.45 %, with RSD at 2. 66 %. Conclusion This method was simple, exact, and reproducible to be used for the quality control of the Saxifraga perfusion agent.
