关于中医临床思维模式的思考

基于病机的辨证论治和基于方证的辨证论治是两种各具特色的中医临床思维模式.20世纪50年代,前者被写入中医教材,以统编教材为代表的理论界将其视为中医的基本原则和特色,不断加以强化,后者逐渐被淡化.两种思维模式,各有所长,各有所短,而且彼之所长,正是己之所短,反之亦然.二者相互补充,相互为用,有利于更加精准地对病证进行诊断与治疗.分析和探讨两种思维模式的优势和不足,及其区别与联系,从而更加深入学习和灵活运用不同的临床思维模式,是提高中医临床疗效的必然要求.

Thinking about TCM clinical thinking mode

There are two kinds of different characteristics of TCM（ Traditional Chinese medicine）clinical thinking mode： one is based on the pathogenesis of the syndrome differentiation and treatmentand, the other is based on the formula symptoms differentiation and treatment of formula. Since the 1950＇s, the former are written to the teaching material of TCM represented by compile for universal used by teaching theory as the basic principles and characteristics of TCM continuously strengthened, the latter are becoming increasingly blurred. Two kinds of thinking has its own strenghs and weaknesses, and complets each other, It will be helpful for more accurate for diagnosis and treatment of disease. Analysis and discussion on the advantages and disadvantages of two kinds of thinking mode and the differences and relationsso as to further study and flexible use of different clinical thinking mode is the necessary request to improve the clinical curative effect of TCM.
