| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中医辨证治疗脑梗塞的临床效果.方法 选取本院2010年3月至2012年3月的100例脑梗塞患者,将其平均分成对照组和观察组.结果 经过3个月的治疗,观察组的有效率为98％,对照组的有效率为86％,两组患者治疗的有效率有明显差别（P＜0.05）.结论 中医辨证治疗脑梗塞临床效果显著,从根本上改善了患者的生活质量,值得推广应用.

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 100 patients with cerebral infarction in 2010 March-2012 March were divided into control group and observation group. Results After 3 months of treat- ment, efficiency of the observation group was 98%, and the control group was 86%, effidency of two groups had significant difference（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Clinical effect of cerebral infarction was significantly better by TCM syndrome differentiation, and fundamentally improved the quality of life of patients, it was worthy of popularization and application. |
