摘    要:由于中医专业的特殊性及其发展的现状,其人才培养模式的改革日益受到重视.影响中医成才的因素很多,但"通人文、重经典、多临床"这三个因素被认为是中医成才的三个关键环节.为此本文首先阐释了这三个因素在中医人才培养中的作用及中医本科生如何抓住这三个要素以促进自身的成才,并在此基础上提出了围绕"通人文、重经典、多临床"的中医人才培养方案.

Abstract:Because of the particularity and the present development situation of traditional Chinese medicine, the reform of talent training model has been paid more and more attention. Many factors influence the success of traditional Chinese Medicine, but the three factors of being familiar with the humanities, attaching importance to the classics and doing more clinical practice, are considered to be the three key links of Chinese medicine talent. So, this paper first explains the effects of these three factors in the traditional Chinese medicine in cultivating talents, and Chinese medicine students how to grasp these three elements to promote their development. And on this basis, put forward the reform scheme on the training program on TCM talents with the humanities, classics and multiple clinical.
