| 摘 要： | 制酸剂相关肺炎是指为预防脑卒中后应激性溃疡而使用制酸剂,胃内细菌得以逆行并定植于口咽部导致的肺部感染.中药口腔护理液根据患者的具体情况辨证用药,较之西药制剂,能够更有效预防脑卒中患者制酸剂相关肺炎.

| Abstract: | Antacid - associated Pneumonia is caused by Stomach bacteria retrograding and growing in throat, since antacid is used to prevent stress ulcer after stroke. Chinese medical mouthwash is based on syndrome differentiation. Compare with Western medicine, it is more effective to pre- vent antacid - Associated Pneumonia after stroke. |
