| 摘 要： | 梅核气属于＂郁病＂范畴,是身心疾病的一种类型,与胃食管反流病有一定的关系.病在上、因在下、治在中,是脾胃、肝肺气机升降失调的结果.治疗可在半夏厚朴汤理气疏肝的基础上,根据病情进展后所呈现兼症的不同而采取相应的措施.清热、养阴均偏离了梅核气以虚为主的病机特点非临床治疗所适宜.

| Abstract: | The globus hystericus belongs to the category of stagnation syndrome. It is a type of physical and psychological illnesses and gastroesophageal reflux disease have a certain relationship. Location of disease is in the superior,the etiology is in the inferior,treatment is in the middle. Spleen gastric or liver lung functional activities disturbance leads to ascentdescent disorder of visceral qi the treatment based on Banxia Houpu Decoction soothing live to regulate qi on according to the progression of the disease after both different and adopt corresponding measures. According to the deficiency is its features,soothing live to regulate clearing heat or replenishing yin and pathogenesis is not optimal clinical treatment because ofdeviated from globus hystericus. |
