| 摘 要： | 目的 观察养心汤治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的疗效.方法 100例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各50例.对照组采用西医基础治疗加对照胶囊;治疗组在西药治疗上加养心汤.结果 治疗组主要指标疗效、中医症状积分均优于对照组.结论养心汤对于心力衰竭患者有确切疗效,能够改善心衰患者症状.

| Abstract: | Objective 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each. Methods The control group were treated with basic treatment and positive control drug; Treatment group were treated with western medicine treatment, plus Yangxin Decoction. Results The main index and the TCM symptom score of the treatment group are better than the control group. Conclusion Yangxin Decoction has exact curative effect for patients with heart failure, it can improve the symptoms of patients with heart failure. |
