慢性肝炎、肝硬化血清钙、磷离子测定的临床意义

目的 :探讨慢性肝炎 ,肝硬化患者血清钙 (Ca2 +) ,磷 (P3- )浓度变化 ,以及对临床治疗和预后的意义。方法 :对 94例慢性肝炎肝硬化患者及 35例健康对照组系列用邻甲酚酞络和酮法 (OCPC)和紫外法测定其血清Ca2 +、P3- 浓度 ,同时测定患者组的肝功能。结果 :患者组与健康对照组血清Ca2 +、P3- 存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,肝功能恢复前后血清Ca2 +、P3- 浓度存在显著差异 (P <0 .0 15 )。结论 :慢性肝炎 ,肝硬化患者存在高血磷 ,低血钙。肝功能恢复前后血清磷升高程度与肝损伤程度 ,病情严重程度密切相关 ,治疗疾病的同时应及时纠正Ca2 +、P3- 的失调。

THE CLINICAL MEANING OF CHECKING THE CONCENTRATIONOF CA2+ AND P3- IN CHRONIC HEPATITIS AND CIRRHOSIS PATIENTS

Objective: To explore the change about the concentration of calcium and phosphorus in blood serum of chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis patients, and the meaning to therapy and prognosis. Methods: OCPC and Ultraviolet rays to determine the concentration of calcium and phosphorus in blood serum was performed in 94 cases of chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis patients and 34 cases of healthy in contrast group, the same time to determine the liver function of patient group.Results: There was a remarkable diversity(P<0.01)between patient group and healthy contrast group on their concentration of calcium and phosphorus in blood serum .In addition A remarkable diversity was found(P<0.015)when the liver function was recovered around on the concentration of calcium and phosphorus. Conclutions: chronic hepatitis and cirrhosis patients had also hyperphosphatemia and hypocalcemia .the raising level of phosphorus that after the liver function was damaged and it was covered is closely related to the extent of liver damaged and the serious extent of the state of an illness. While disease treatment, the disturbance of calcium and phosphorus must be corrected.
