| 摘 要： | 女子生来就较男子有着很多的独特之处,其在生理上有经、带、胎、产等不同于男子的特点,且与气血冲任关系密切。肝主疏泄,具有贮藏血液、调节血量的功能。因此维持女子正常功能的气血必项依赖于肝的疏畅条达,肝的功能失常则可引起多种妇科疾病,故肝的功能与女子的身体状况息息相关。本文就女子与肝的生理特点,病理特点及临床病症进行论述。

| Abstract: | Women have a lot of unique features than men, they had to go through menstruation, pregnancy, parturition and other characteristics are different from men, all of them is closely connehed with the blood and qi. Liver controles dispersion, stores, blood and dispersion blood. Therefore, to maintain the normal function of women＇ s blood and qi will depend on the liver dispersion, liver dysfunction can cause a variety of gynecological diseases, so liver function is closely related with the woman＇ s physical condition. In this paper, the physiological characteristics of women with liver, pathology and clinical symptoms are expounded. |
