HPLC-ELSD法测定芪茸保健酒中黄芪甲苷的含量

目的：建立芪茸保健酒中有效成分黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法：采用高效液相-蒸发光散射检测法（HPLC-ELSD法）测定黄芪甲苷的含量。色谱柱为C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以乙腈-水（38：62）为流动相,柱温为30℃;流速：1ml/min;蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度：60℃,氮气压力25Psi。结果：黄芪甲苷在0.982～9.82μg范围内有良好的线性关系（r=0.9998）,平均回收率为95.5%,RSD为2.4%。结论：该方法精密度高、重复性好,可用于测定芪茸保健酒中黄芪甲苷的含量。

Determination of Astragaloside IV in Qirong Health Wine by HPLC-ELSD

Objective：To establish a method to determine astragaloside IV in Qirong Health Wine by HPLC-ELSD. Methods：s HPLC – ELSD was used to determine astragaloside IV. Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used. And acetonitrile-water （38：62） used as the mobile phase,flow rate1.0ml /min ,column temperature at 30℃. ELSD tube temperature was 60 ℃,and the pressure of N2 was 25 Psi. Results：The calibration curve for astragaloside IV was liner （r=0.9998） in the range of 0.982~9.82μg,the average recovery rate was 95.5%,and RSD was 2.4%.Conclusion：The established method simple,reproducible and can be used to determine Asteagaloside IV in Qirong Health Wine.
