| 摘 要： | 本文报告经皮穿刺局部注射醋酸强的松龙药物治疗单纯性骨囊肿。作者详细描述了治疗方法、Ｘ线图像的演变发展及治疗结果。这组病例，随访时间最长１３年，最短１年。２／３病例平均随访期均超过５年。２９例中除３例改行手术治疗外．其余病例该疗法都获得良好的效果，无并发症。

| Abstract: | The article reports the experience in the percutaneous treatment of simple bone cysts by intra - cystic local infiltrations of methylpredniolone acetate. Particularly, it describs the method adopted, the evolution of the radiologic picture and the results achieved. Among these cases, the longest follow - up is 13 years and the shortest is 1 year. Two thirds of them are averagely over 5 years. 29 cases, except 3 with surgery, were successfully treated without complications. |
