肺栓塞溶栓治疗中血管内皮细胞的靶向作用研究进展

肺栓塞（pulmonary embolism，PE）在住院及长期卧床患者中常常发生。当前，溶解血栓治疗被认为是一种主要的治疗方法，但常常引起严重的出血并发症以至威胁生命。研究发现，一些特殊的新型肺血管内皮细胞抗体与溶栓药物相结合，能在溶栓治疗中提高溶栓的效率并减少出血的发生，以下即对肺栓塞溶栓治疗中内皮细胞的靶向作用的研究进展作一综述。

Progression of lung endothelium targeting for pulmonary embolism thrombolysis

Pulmonary embolism occurs frequently in hospitalized or bed-resting patients.Thrombolytic therapy,currently used as the major treatment,has often been associated with severe bleeding complications and has thereby been life-threatening.Some studies show that some thrombolysis medicine equipped with lung endothelium-specific antibody is an ideal treatment for pulmonary embolism,with a high efficacy of thrombolysis and low risk of bleeding,now we will review the progression of lung endothelium targeting for pulmonary embolism thrombolysis.
