Clinical Application of the Recipe of Fructus Trichosanthis, Bulbus Allii Macrostemi and Rhizoma Pinelliae

The author of this article makes a profound investigation on the recipe of Fructus Trichosanthis,Bulbus Allii Macrostemi and Rhizoma Pinelliae,based on the clinical experience and efficacy by Li Shiqing,chief physician of the TCM Hospital,Jiangsu province,as well as the author′s personal clinical practice and experience.The authors proposes that the pulse condition faint in yang and evident in yin be distinguished according to the folating and deep pulse signs,the keynote be put on the greasy fur of the tongue in the sign distinction of the tongue and the pathogenic mechanism be summarized according to the pulse condition of faintness in yang and clarity in yin.The clinical pharmacological compatibility of the three TCM drugs covers drugs cold in nature,drugs warm in nature,apophlegmatic drugs,drugs eliminating turbindness with aromatics,drugs promoting blood circulation and regulating the blood vessels,compromising drugs for dysentery,the combined use of all the above durgs can be used respectively in the treatment of diseases concerning the heart,the lungs and the digestive system.
