糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者血清嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白及肺功能的影响

目的探讨糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者血清嗜酸细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP)及肺功能的影响。方法选择我院哮喘急性发作期患者(支气管哮喘组)和慢性单纯型支气管炎急性发作患者(单纯型慢支组)各21例,另选同期健康体检者10例。两组患者在常规治疗基础上给予糖皮质激素:泼尼松30mg/d或相当剂量的氢化可的松。3组研究对象均采用荧光酶标法pharmaciaCAP检测系统测定治疗前、后血清ECP及1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)。结果3组研究对象治疗前ECP间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01),两两比较支气管哮喘组与单纯型慢支组,支气管哮喘组与正常对照组间差异亦均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。单纯型慢支组与正常对照组间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。支气管哮喘组患者治疗前、后ECP间差异亦有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。支气管哮喘患者FEV1治疗前(62±12)与治疗周后(79±14)差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论血清ECP是支气管哮喘急性发作期的一项特异指标,糖皮质激素治疗可降低其水平,改善肺功能。

The Study of the Relationships between Eosinophil Cationic Protein and Corticosteroid in Asthma with Acute Attack

Objective To study the relationships between eosinophil cationic protein(ECP)And corticosteroid in the asthma with acute attack.Methods Choice the patiens of asthma acute stage 21 cases and Chronic simplex bronchitis acute attack cases.10 cases health examination were choiced.Serum ECP were measured with Pharmacia UniCAP system and the lung functions tests were examined with pneumometer.Results The ECP concentrations in serum from patients with asthma were significantly higher than those from patients with chronic Bronchitises(P<0.01).The ECP concentrations in serum from patients with ahthma by corticosteroid treatment were remarkably decreased(P<0.01).Lung funtions were significantly improved(P<0.01).Conclusion Corticosteroid in the treatment of asthma with acute attack should been decieded by ECP concentrations in serum.
