| 摘 要： | 对14例补磷糖尿病患者配对研究发现,治疗前血磷降低,经治疗补磷组较常规组显著提高血磷和红细胞2,3-DPG浓度、降低血糖和HbA_1水平;补磷组2,3-DPG与血磷呈正相关。提示糖尿病患者存在低血磷性胰岛素抵抗,补磷治疗可促进葡萄糖利用。

| Abstract: | Fourteen diabetics were aided with phosphate, and matched with another fourteen patients with conventional methods only. On admission mean serum phosphorus concentration of all the patients was significantly lower than that of the normal subjects. After treatment, serum phosphorus and erythrocyte 2, 3-diphosphoglycerate (2, 3-DPG) concentrations increased, fasting blood sugar level and glycosylated HbA1 decreased, the phosphate-supplemented group was better than that of the conventionally-treated group and showed significant difference. Erythrocyte 2, 3-DPG was correlated with serum phosphorus in phosphate-supplemented group (r = 0.464, P<0.05, n=28). It is snggested that there may occur hypophosphatematic insulin resistance, and phosphate supplementation might improve glucose matabolism in diabetics. |
