| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定精制冠心片中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil C18,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液(13∶87),检测波长为230nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为室温,进样量为10μl。结果:芍药苷进样量在0.317μg~1.587μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9 999),平均回收率为100.1%(RSD=1.46%)。结论:本方法简便、快捷、专属性强、重现性好,可用于精制冠心片的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for content determination of paeoniflorin in refined coronary tablets.METHODS:HPLC was performed on Kromasil C18 column at room temperature,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution(13∶87),the detection wavelength was 230nm with flow rate 1ml/min and sample size 10μl.RESULTS:Paeoniflorin was linear with the peak area in the range of 0.317μg～1.587μg(r=0.9 999),the average recovery was 100.1%(RSD=1.46%).CONCLUSION:The established method is simple,reliable,reproducible and can be used for the quality control of refined coronary tablets. |
