摘    要:目的探讨一氧化氮吸入在先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压术后应用的治疗效果。方法统计分析2006年8月~2008年5月共58例先天性心脏病合并肺动脉高压的临床资料。结摹本组58例患者肺动脉高压改善,病情稳定,顺利脱离呼吸机,预后良好。未发现明显出血及其他不良反应。结论吸入NO治疗可以安全有效地降低肺动脉压力,提高氧合指数,从而改善先心病合并肺动脉高压的预后。

Abstract:Objective To assess the therapeutic efficacy of inhaled nitric oxide(iNO)in the cases with congenita1 heart defects who developed pulmonary hypertension postoperative1y. Methods Clinical data of these 58 patients who were enrolled in the iN0 treatment from August 2006 to May 2008 were analyZed. Results In the 58 patients during iNO treatment,pulmonary pressure were improved significantly and ventilators were stopped successfully . No haemorrhage and other adverse effects were observed. Conclusion iNO treatment improves pulmonary hemodynamics and oxygen index. The prognosis of patients with congenita1 heart defects who developed pulmonary hypertension are improved significantly.
