芒针临床应用特点探讨

通过检索“芒针”临床研究文献，分析总结其临床应用特点。芒针的临床主要适应症是前列腺疾病、腰椎间盘突出症、中风及其后遗症、胃下垂、肩周炎、三叉神经痛。芒针在以上各疾病中的常用穴各异，不同穴位有不同针刺深度，各疾病治疗频次以每日1次常见，不同疾病的疗程各不相同。使用芒针前需严格消毒，进针时要掌握针尖方向和针身刺入深度，行针勿用力过猛，出针应顺势缓慢，在胸背部、小腹部使用芒针时要防止刺伤脏器。

Characteristics and Applications of Elongated Needle Therapy in Clinic

The author has searched the literatures related to elongated needle therapy applied for the clinic dis-eases from CNKI , VIP, CBM and PUBMED , summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and applications of e-longated needle .The clinical indications of elongated needle are including prostate disease , lumbar disc protru-sion , stroke and sequela of apoplexy , gastroptosis , shoulder periarthritis and trigeminal neuralgia .The fre-quently used acupoints , the acupoints ’ depth and the treatment episode vary from different diseases .However , the most common frequency for acupuncture in different diseases is once a day .The acupuncturists should make use of the strictly sterilized acupuncture needle , carefully control the safety direction of needle tip and the safety depth of needle body , appropriately exert the strength in moving needle and slowly remove the needle without extra obstruction when they use the elongated needle therapy in clinic .At the same time , acupuncturists should be careful to avoid injuring patients ’ internal organs when needling the acupoints located at chest , back and lower abdomen .
