调神针法配合耳穴治疗失眠症疗效观察

目的：观察调神针法配合耳穴治疗失眠症的临床疗效。方法：将60例失眠症患者随机分为两组，治疗组30例，采用调神针法配合耳穴法治疗；对照组30例，采用常规取穴针刺法治疗。观察治疗组与对照组的临床疗效。结果：总有效率治疗组为93．3％（28/30），对照组为86．7％（26/30），两组总有效率有显著性差异（ P＜0．05）。结论：调神针法配合耳穴治疗失眠症疗效优于常规针刺方法。

Curative Effect of Acupuncture Therapy of Regulating Mentality Combined with Auricular Point in the Treatment of Insomnia

Objective：To observe the acupuncture therapy of regulating mentality combined with auricular ap-plication in the treatment of insomnia .Methods：60 cases of insomnia were randomly divided into two groups , with 30 cases in the treatment group by using auricular acupoint and acupuncture therapy of regulating mentality and with 30 cases in the control group by using routine acupuncture therapy .Observe the total effective rate in the treatment group and control group .Results：The total effective rate was 93 .3%（ 28/30 ） in the treatment group and 86.7%（26/30） in the control group, with a significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Acupuncture therapy of regulating mentality and auricular point in the treatment of insomnia are su -perior to the common acupuncture .
