免疫球蛋白A在成人癫痫发病机制中的作用

目的：探讨免疫球蛋白A（IgA）在成人癫痫发病机制中的作用。方法选择新诊断成人癫痫患者112例，其中非症状性癫痫（ A组）及症状性癫痫（ B组）各56例，另选体检健康者56例作为对照组。采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法检测3组血清IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4水平。结果 A组血清IgA水平明显低于B组及对照组（ P均＜0．05）；3组血清IgG、IgM、C3、C4水平两两比较均无统计学差异（P均＞0．05）。结论 IgA降低可能为成人非症状性癫痫的血生化标志之一，其可能参与了成人癫痫的发病机制。

Role of immunoglobulin A in pathogenesis of adult patients with epilepsy

Objective To explore the role of immunoglobulin A （IgA） in pathogenesis of adult patients with epilepsy . Methods A total of 112 newly diagnosed adult patients with epilepsy were included .The patients were divided into non-symptomatic epilepsy group （group A, 56 cases） and symptomatic epilepsy group （group B, 56 cases）, and another 56 a-dult health volunteer were served as the control group .The serum levels of IgA , IgG, IgM, C3 and C4 were determined by latex enhanced immunoturbidimetry in three groups .Results The serum level of IgA in the group A was significantly lower as compared with those in the group B and control group （all P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the serum levels of IgG, IgM, C3 and C4 between three groups （all P〉0.05）.Conclusion It is concluded that the decrease of IgA may be one of the biomarkers in the diagnosis of adult non-symptomatic epilepsy , which probably takes part in the patho-genesis of adult epilepsy .
