| 摘 要： | 目的：观察＂调神止鸣＂针刺法治疗脑鸣的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例采用针刺法,对照组30例口服西药,观察两组的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗组有效率为96.67%,对照组为70%,两组比较P〈0.05,有显著差异性。结论：＂调神止鸣＂针刺法治疗脑鸣疗效肯定,且优于口服西药。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of＂Tiaoshen Zhiming＂on tinnitus cranii. Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,a treatment group with 30 cases using the method of acupuncture,a control group with 30 cases by oral western medicine. Observe the clinically therapeutic effect in two groups. Results： The effective rate of treatment group was 96. 67%,and the control group was 70%,and there was a significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Acupuncture treatment of＂Tiaoshen Zhiming＂tinnitus cranii has a significantly curative effect,and it is superior to the western medicine. |
