摘    要:目的:观察针刺对青光眼术后病人视觉诱发电位( VEP)的影响并探讨其作用机制。方法:将40例青光眼术后眼压已控制患者(40只眼)随机分为治疗组20例(20只眼)和对照组20例(20只眼),对照组术后不采用任何治疗,治疗组行针刺治疗,分别记录治疗前、治疗后、治疗结束3个月后3个时间窗的视力、图形视觉诱发电位( P-VEP)。根据各项检测结果客观评价治疗效果,并进行统计。结果:治疗组治疗后视力提高,视觉诱发电位振幅提高,潜伏期缩短较治疗前差异有统计学意义。对照组治疗前后视力、视觉诱发电位振幅及潜伏期比较差异无统计学意义。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺对青光眼术后的视神经具有保护作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect on VEP by acupuncturing patients with glaucoma , and to explore the mechanism of treatment of acupuncture .Methods:40 eyes of 40 patients with optical atrophy caused by glaueoma were randomly divided into a treatment group (20 cases,20 eyes) and a control group (20 cases,20 eyes ) .Intraocular pressure was reduced to below 17 mmHg by surgery .And the treatment group was treated by acupuncture while the control group was treated by nothing .Every patient was examined on vision , visual e-voked potential three times .The three-time point was before treatment and after treatment and after 3 months o-ver the treatment .Compare the data with statistical analysis .Results:Compared with the data before treatement , the difference of visions in treatement group was statistically significant .In control group visual acuity before and after treatment was compared and there was no significant difference .As to the visual evoked potential ( VEP) ,in the treatment group the amplitude of the P 100 wave was improved ,and there were significant differences;the la-tency of the P100 wave was shortened ,and there were significant differences .Compare the amplitude of visual e-voked potential before and after treatment in the control group ,and there was no significant difference;as to the comparison of latency there was no significant difference.The efficacy in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture has an obvious efficacy on optical atrophy caused by glaueoma ,and could protect the optical nerve from the damage of glaucoma .
