| 摘 要： | 原发性肝癌的发生主要与肝硬化、乙型和丙型肝炎病毒感染、黄曲霉素等因素有关,约10%左右的肝癌患者发病原因不明。近年研究表明Hp感染可能在肝炎向肝硬化、肝癌发展过程中起桥梁或协同作用。本研究主要对Hp感染与原发性肝癌相关性、Hp感染导致肝癌发生、发展的机制研究,Hp感染肝组织的病因学意义等进行阐述。

| Abstract: | Liver cirrhosis,infection of HBV and HCV,aflatoxin etal played important roles in the occur of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.About 10% of pathogens of HCC was unknowned.Recently research indicated that helicobacter pyloriinfection may be a bridge in the course from hepatitis to liver cirrhosis and HCC.The purpose of this review is to summarize the relationship between Hp infection and HCC,mechanism ahout it's effects in the occur of HCC and it's etiology significance. |
