C反应蛋白与急性脑梗死的相关性探讨

目的探讨C反应蛋白与急性脑梗死之间的关系。方法一组为确诊的79例急性急性脑梗死患者;并选取笔者所在医院正常体检者56名为健康对照组。分析急性脑梗死时C反应蛋白对患者病情及预后的影响。结果急性脑梗死组中CRP水平较健康对照组高(P<0.05);而在急性脑梗死患者中:复发组CRP水平高于首发组(P<0.05);大、中灶组CRP水平高于小灶组(均P<0.05);中、重型组CRP水平均高于轻型组(P<0.05);死亡组CRP平均值均高于好转组(P<0.05)。结论 CRP与急性脑梗死相关,并影响急性脑梗死患者的病情,可作为预测急性脑梗死患者预后的一个指标,有一定的临床意义。

Study of Correlation between C-reaction Protein and Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the C-reactive protein and the acute cerebral infarction.Methods The 79 cases of acute cerebral infarction,and the 56-hospital health examination known were selected as physical control group.We analyzed the CRP to the patients with acute cerebral infarction condition and prognosis influence.Results The acute cerebral infarction case group's the CRP was higher than the physical control group (P<0.05);in patients with acute cerebral infarction:the recurrent group CRP levels were higher than the starting grou(pP<0.05);large,medium and small focal lesion group was higher than CRP grou(pP<0.05);in severe group CRP levels were higher than those in mild grou(pP<0.05);death group were higher than the average CRP good prognosis group(P<0.05).Conclusion CRP and acute cerebral infarction and cerebral infarction affect patient's condition,as a predictor of the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.It's an indicator of a certain clinical significance.
