| 摘 要： | 时辰药理学表明药物的代谢动力学、药效和不良反应具有节律性,临床上根据时辰药理学进行择时给药,可以减小剂量同时达到减毒增效的用药目的。中医时辰治疗是依据人体阴阳消长等节律性变化进行治疗,也是中医学整体观念,辨证施治,因人因时因地制宜的重要体现,具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Studies of chronopharmacology have shown that drug pharmacokinetics process,efficacy and adverse reactions seem to appear time-rhythm.In clinical,drug administration according to the theory of chronopharmacology can reduce the dose and adverse reactions of drugs, at the same time improve drug efficacy. Chronotherapy of Chinese medicine is based on the rhythm changes in human, for instance the growth and decline of yin and yang.It is also the important manifestation of the whole concept of Chinese medicine, the treatment based on differentiation of symptoms,signs,people,time and local conditions.Chronotherapy of Chinese medicine has crucial clinical significance. |
