PET-CT在肝脏恶性肿瘤的初步应用

目的探讨肝脏恶性肿瘤应用PET-CT显像诊断和治疗的有效方法,为临床提供切实可行的依据。方法选择55例经临床和病理确诊的肝脏恶性肿瘤患者,静脉注射18F-FDG,应用PET/CT双时相扫描,并经过固定、高级专业人员进行分析。结果 55例患者PET-CT检查结果与临床、病理结果完全相符,并且还增加检查出多个肝内转移灶和远位转移灶。结论 PET-CT检查可有效诊断肝脏恶性肿瘤,选择合适的适应证,合理应用可以有效提供临床依据,提高确诊率和治疗效果。

PET-CT in the Initial Application of Hepatocarcinoma

Objective To explore the effective methods of using PET-CT imaging in the diagnosis and treatment of hepatocarcinoma,to provide practical basis for clinical and therapeutic.Methods To Select 55 hepatocarcinoma patients who had been diagnosed by clinical and pathological,the patients were given intravenous injection of 18F-FDG,then applicated PET-CT dual-phase scan,after fixed,analyzed by senior professionals.Results The PET-CT test results of 55 patients were entirely consistent with the clinical and pathological findings,and could check out the multiple liver metastases and distant metastases.Conclusion PET-CT can diagnose hepatocarcinoma effectively,in the conditions of choosing the appropriate indications and rational use,PET-CT can provide clinical evidence and improve the rates of diagnosis and treatment.
