21例前置胎盘治疗体会

目的探讨前置胎盘的临床处理对策。方法回顾性分析延边妇幼保健院2009年1月～2010年8月20日21例前置胎盘患者的临床资料。结果 21例前置胎盘患者中边缘性前置胎盘5例,部分型前置胎盘8例,中央型前置胎盘8例,共发生产后出血17例,针对病情进行休息、抑制宫缩、对症治疗,适时终止妊娠。全部病例无切除子宫或死亡。结论前置胎盘患者病情重,依据不同情况进行处理。

Experience in Treating for 21 Cases Placenta Previa

Objective To study the treatment approaches for placenta previa.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted over the 21 cases of placenta previa that received treatment in Yanbian Women and Children's Hospital during the period from Jan 2009 to Aug 20,2010.Results Out of all the 21 cases,there were marginal placenta previa 5 cases,partial placental previa 8 cases,central placenta previa 8 cases,and there were postpartum hemorrhage 17 cases.After having been given rest-cure,suppression of uterine contraction and symptomatic treatments,no patient of the above cases demised or received surgical removal of uterus.Conclusion Considering the severity of the placenta previa,the treatments given to such patients should be varied according to situations.
