银杏达莫注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛56例疗效观察

目的观察银杏达莫注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的作用。方法 112例患者随机分为治疗组56例使用银杏达莫注射液治疗,对照组56例常规给予硝酸甘油制剂等治疗,疗程为2周。观察两组患者治疗前后心绞痛的缓解情况、心电图及临床症状的变化和不良反应情况。结果治疗组、对照组的心绞痛改善总有效率分别为94.6%、83.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者心电图的总有效率分别为91.1%、82.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效显著。

Efficacy Observation of Ginkgo Biloba Extract and Dipyridamole Injection in the Treatment of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Objective To explore the effects of ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 112 patients with unstable angina pectoris were divided into two groups,treatment group and control group(56 cases of each group).The treatment group was treated by ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection for two weeks;the control group had treatment with general treatment.The clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram were observed.Results There were statistic differences in the clinical symptoms and electrocardiogram in the treatment group had statistic differences compared with that of the control group after treatment(both P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection can effectively treat unstable angina pectoris,so it is valuable for clinical application.
