疏血通联合低分子肝素钠治疗深静脉血栓的疗效观察

目的探讨疏血通联合低分子肝素钠治疗下肢深静脉血栓症的临床疗效和安全性。方法将70例下肢深静脉血栓症患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组予低分子肝素纳5000U皮下注射,每12小时1次。试验组在此基础上加用疏血通注射液6mL+生理盐水250mL静脉点滴,每天1次,10d为一疗程。结果试验组总有效率94.3%,对照组为68.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论疏血通联合低分子肝素钠治疗下肢静脉血栓症疗效显著,安全性好。

Efficacy of Shuxuetong Injection Combined Low Molecular Weight Heparin in Treating Deep Vein Thrombosis

Objective To study the clinical curative effect and safety of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis treated by both Shuxuetong injection and Low molecular weight heparin.Methods 70 cases of deep vein thrombosis were randomLy divided into test group and control group,35 patients in each group.Control group was received subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin sodium 5000U,every 12 hours.Based on this powerful horse trials plus Shuxuetong 6mL + saline injection 250mL intravenously,once daily,10 days for treatment.Results The total effective rate was94.2% in test group,68.6% in control group,significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05﹚,two groups were no severe adverse reactions.Conclusion The therapeutic effect of treatment of Lower extremity venous thrombosis by both Shuxuetong injection and Low molecular weight heparin are superior and remarkable safety.
