银杏达莫联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效

目的总结银杏达莫注射液联合厄贝沙坦治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法将68例Ⅲ期糖尿病患者分成治疗组和对照组各34例,对照组在糖尿病原治疗方案上加用厄贝沙坦片,治疗组加用厄贝沙坦片和银杏达莫注射液,疗程3周。观察患者24hUAER、β2-MG改变。结果治疗组治疗后的UAER、β2-MG明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏达莫注射液联合厄贝沙坦治疗能有效降低糖尿病肾病患者尿微量白蛋白和β2-MG的排泄,对肾功能有保护作用。对糖尿病肾病的病程进展有一定防治作用。

Effects of Ginkgo Biloba Extract and Dipyridamole Injection and Irbesartan on Urine Protein in Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective To explore the effects of ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection and irbesartan on urine protein in patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods Sixty-eight patients in stage Ⅲ were divided into two groups:treatment group and control group(34 patients each).The treatment group was treated by irbesartan tablets and ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection injection for three weeks;the control group had treatment with additional irbesartan tablets.Urinary albumin excretion rat(eUAER)and urine β2 micro globuli(nβ2-MG)were observed for 24 hours.Results There were statistic differences in UARE and β2-MG.UARE and β2-MG in the treatment group had statistic differences compared with that of the control group after treatmen(tP <0.05)and comparing with the control group after treatment there were statistic difference(sP <0.05).Conclusion The treatment of irbesartan and ginkgo biloba extract and dipyridamole injection can effectively reduce the urinary protein excretion,improve the blood rheology and has certain preventive effect on the progression of diabetic nephropathy.
