喹硫平辅助治疗难治性抑郁症的观察

目的探讨抗抑郁剂合并喹硫平治疗难治性抑郁症的疗效及安全性。方法 72例确诊为难治性抑郁症患者在原抗抑郁剂的基础上合并中、小剂量喹硫平治疗,用汉密尔顿抑郁量表,汉密尔顿焦虑量表评定疗效,用副反应量表观察不良反应。结果治疗6周后,临床痊愈13例(18.06%),显著进步16例(22.22%),进步28例(38.89%),无效15例(20.83%),副反应轻微。结论喹硫平辅助治疗难治性抑郁症安全有效。

Adjuvant Therapy Effect of Quetiapine for Treatment of Refractory Depression

Objective To explore clinical efficacy and safety of quetiapine and antidepressant in the treatment of refractory depression.Methods 72 cases diagnosed with refractory depression were treated with middle or small dose based on treatment with intrinsic antidepressant.The clinical efficacy was evaluated with Hamilton Depressive Scal(eHAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Scal(eHAMA),the side effects were evaluated with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scal(eTESS) before treatment.Results After 6 weeks of treatment,13 case(s18.06%) were cured,16 case(s22.22%) of significant progress,progress in 28 case(s38.89%),16 case(s22.22%) of ineffective.No severe side effects were found.Conclusion Quetiapine is safe and effective in the treatment of refractory depression.
