广州市海珠区居民高血压患病情况及影响因素研究

目的了解海珠区居民高血压的患病现状及其影响因素,为高血压的防治提供依据。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样方法,对年满45岁以上的海珠区常住居民进行横断面调查,共调查1667人,调查内容包括:一般情况、高血压危险因素及体格检查,对所取得的年龄、性别、文化程度、吸烟、饮酒、家族史、体质指数、腰臀比等资料用SPSS17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 45岁以上人群高血压粗患病率为36.4%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、文化程度、高血压家族史、BMI、血脂水平和糖尿病是高血压的主要影响因素。结论海珠区防治高血压应当采取全人群预防与高危人群干预相结合的策略,加强对中老年、文化程度低以及超重肥胖人群的健康教育,提倡合理膳食、加强体育锻炼、控制超重和肥胖,对防治高血压和控制心脑血管疾病具有重要意义。

Prevalence and related factors associating with hypertension in Haizhu district of Guangzhou

Objective To explore the prevalence rates of hypertension and its related factors among resident in Haizhu district,in order to provide basis for prevent hypertension.Methods multi-stage stratified and systematic-random sampling combined in application,1 667 residents elder than 45 years were selected to be investigated by means of Cross-sectional study.Investigative items as following:general conditions,risk factors of hypertension,physical examination.Data were analysized with SPSS,such as age,sex,occupa tion,smoking,alcohol consumption,history of heredity,BMI,WHR.Results The prevalence rates of hypertension was 36.4% in residents elder than 45 years.The relative risks of hypertension to those who was older,lower education,hypertension heredity,overweight/ fat,hyperlipidemia and diabetes were much more than the general.Conclusion The strategy for preventing hypertension in Haizhu district should be adopted,which is prevention to all people combining measure to high-risk groups.Public health education should be strengthen for medial-elder age,low-degree education,overweight and fat,light-media hypertension groups.It’s very important to prevent hypertension and disease of blood-vessel heart-brain by means of containing weight,restraining fat,rational diet,strengthen exercises.
