PDCA循环法在内镜中心感染管理中的应用

目的提高内镜中心感染管理的质量。方法应用PDCA循环法进行管理,把存在的问题进行分类归纳整理,按照轻重缓急的顺序分次解决,严格落实计划,及时评价效果。结果护理人员提高了认识,加强了责任心,能够遵守内镜清洗消毒规,院领导采纳科内的合理化建议,给予增添新设备,上级主管部门对内镜和消毒液的检查全部合格。结论 PDCA法在内镜中心的管理中行之有效。

PDCA cycle management method in the endoscopy center of infection

Objective To improve the quality of infection control in endoscopy center. Methods The PDCA cycle management method to classify the problems collate and graded according to the order of priorities to solve, and strictly implement the plan,timely evaluation of results. Results The nurses increased awareness, strengthen their sense of responsibility,to comply with endoscopic cleaning and disinfection regulations, the hospital leadership within the mining cashier rationalization proposals to give new equipment, higher authorities and disinfection of endoscopic examination of all qualified.
