琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片与酒石酸美托洛尔片治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效对比

目的探讨琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片与酒石酸美托洛尔片对慢性心力衰竭的疗效,研究两药的疗效差异。方法选取CHF患者165例,随机分为两组,两组均给予常规利尿剂ACEI等治疗。治疗组服用琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片,对照组服用酒石酸美托洛尔片。治疗12个月并监测左室射血分数、BNP水平及心血管事件发生率,并分析结果。结果治疗12个月以后,两组患者LVEF均明显改善,BNP水平明显下降,但治疗组改善更为明显,且心血管事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于CHF患者,琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片疗效优于酒石酸美托洛尔片。

Effect of metoprolol succinate sustdined-release tablet on controlling chronic heart failure comparing with metoprolol tartrate tablet

Objective To compare the effect to control CHF by metoprolol succinate sustdined-release tablet with metoprolol tartrate tablet.Methods 165 patients were randomly divided into two groups, ACEI were associated with other conventional diuretic treatment. Treatment group were treated with metoprolol succinate extended-release tablets in the control group were treated with metoprolol tartrate tablets. December and to monitor treatment of left ventricular ejection fraction, BNP levels and the incidence of cardiovascular events, and analyze the results. Results Treatment for 12 months later,two groups of patients were significantly improved LVEF,BNP levels were significantly decreased, but the treatment group improved more obvious,and the incidence of cardiovascular events than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Metoprolol succinate sustdined-release tablet was more effective in control CHF than metoprolol tartrate tablet.
