对老年高血压患者及家属同步实施健康教育效果评价

目的探讨对老年高血压患者与家属同步实施健康教育的效果。方法 96例高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组各48例。两组在常规治疗的同时接受健康教育;观察组在此基础上同步实施家属健康教育,比较两组的效果。结果观察组总体生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对老年高血压患者同步实施健康教育可提高患者的生活质量。

In elderly hypertensive patients and their families simultaneous implementation of health education evaluation

Objective To study the families of elderly patients with hypertension and the effect of simultaneous implementation of health education.Methods 96 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups and a control group of 48 cases.In the conventional treatment,while two groups received health education;observation group on the basis of simultaneous implementation of family health education.QOL one year after the adoption of the two groups to rate the quality of life of patients and records.Results 1 year after the observation group was significantly higher overall quality of life(P < 0.01).Conclusion implemented simultaneously in elderly patients with hypertension can improve family health care education level,with the program,thereby improving the patient's quality of life.
