胃肠肿瘤切除术后胃肠道瘘的营养支持探析

目的探讨胃肠肿瘤患者切除肿瘤后胃肠道瘘的营养支持方法。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院胃肠肿瘤切除术后发生胃肠道瘘并行营养支持的患者40例。分析患者的营养支持过程、是否为自愈,并观察患者的自愈时间。患者其他治疗均根据其实际情况应用药物。结果 40例患者经过营养支持后,38例患者的瘘口自行愈合,2例患者在营养支持情况转好后行手术治疗痊愈。结论胃肠肿瘤切除术后胃肠道瘘的营养支持,能较好改善患者的状况,促进胃肠道瘘自行愈合。

Nutrition Support of Gastrointestinal Fistula after Gastrointestinal Tumor Resection

Objective To investigate the method of nutrition support of gastrointestinal fistula after gastrointestinal tumor resection.Methods 40 cases of gastrointestinal fistula patients were treated with nutrition support after gastrointestinal tumor resection.Analysis the process of nutrition support,whether they were self-healing,observe the self-healing time.All other treatments according to its actual conditions.Results 40 patients were treated with nutritional support,38 patients were self-healing after the fistula cicatrization,and 2 patients were treated with surgical after nutrition supports.Conclusion Nutrition support of gastrointestinal fistula after gastrointestinal tumor resection can improve patients' situation,and promote gastrointestinal fistula self-healing.
