心理康复治疗对脑卒中后抑郁症的疗效观察

目的探讨心理康复治疗对脑卒中后抑郁症的治疗效果。方法将50例脑卒中后抑郁患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各25例。对照组采用药物治疗,治疗组采用针对性的心理康复治疗,疗程8周。应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表对两组患者进行治疗前和治疗后评分,确定临床疗效。结果两组在治疗前HAMD评分无显著差异(P>0.05);两组在第8周后HAMD评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01);治疗组在第8周后HAMD评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性的心理康复治疗能明显缓解脑卒中后抑郁症患者的抑郁症状,提高患者生存质量。

Psychological rehabilitation of depression after stroke clinical observation

Objective To assess the psychological rehabilitation of depression after stroke treatment.Methods 50 patients with poststroke depression were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(drug treatment)in 25 cases in every group.Control group used medication,treatment group were targeted psychological rehabilitation treatment for 8 weeks.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)of the two groups of patients before treatment and after treatment scores to determine clinical efficacy.Results The two groups in HAMD scores before treatment were no significant differences(P > 0.05);the two groups in HAMD score after 8 weeks than before treatment(P < 0.01);the treatment group at 8 weeks HAMD scores were significantly lower than control group(P < 0.01),clinical efficacy was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion Targeted therapy can relieve psychological rehabilitation in patients with depression after stroke depressive symptoms and improve the patients quality of life.
