小切口皮下修剪结合汗腺搔刮法治疗腋臭的临床观察

目的探讨采用小切口汗腺搔刮,部分结合皮下修剪方法治疗腋臭的效果。方法Ⅱ级患者采用小切口汗腺搔刮法,Ⅲ级患者结合皮下修剪治疗。对86例患者中的71例进行术后3个月～4年的随访。结果随访的71例患者均取得满意疗效,上肢功能正常。4例出现单侧血肿,2例出现切口延迟愈合,予换药后痊愈。结论Ⅱ级患者采用小切口汗腺搔刮,Ⅲ级患者结合皮下修剪手术是一种并发症少、疗程短、恢复快、兼顾美观、治疗效果肯定的治疗方法。

Clinical Observation of Small Incision Subcutaneous Clip Combined with Scraping Sweat Glands Treatments for Body Odor

Objective To study the effect of axillary osmidrosis by sweat glands with small incision curettage,some combination of subcutaneous trimming.Methods 51 cases of grade Ⅱ scraping method with a small incision in the sweat glands,Ⅲ grade cut of 35 cases treated with subcutaneous;71 patients of 86 cases got follow-up from 3 months to 4 years after the operation.Results The effect of 71 patients were satisfactory,upper limb function were normal.4 cases had unilateral hematoma,2 cases had delayed wound healing.All of them recovered after dressing change.Conclusion Grade Ⅱ sweat glands by scraping a small incision,Ⅲ grade trim surgical treatment with subcutaneous axillary,It is a less complications,short course,quick recovery,beautiful and good curative effect treatment.
